One system of which is our email support system. Therefore as a solution we have moved our support system to that of a ticketing web based system, call Zen Desk.</p>
<p>We have always been proud of our response time, this new system will allow us moving forward to ensure our service level remains consistent for our new and regular customers.</p>
<p>Amongst other advantages the new system ensures that all inquires are directed to the correct staff member. In the past all enquires have moved through a central staff member which has at times caused slow response rates while staff, troubleshoot or gather information to answer.</p>
<p>I am sure with this new system we continue to grow and remain an Industry Leader.</p>
